Sunday was St. Michael’s parade through Centro. This parade, I’m told, is the preview of a much larger parade in September. It wasn’t the largest parade I’ve seen in San Miguel, but the native Indian costumes were wonderful. Here are some of my favorite photos from the day. Enjoy!
This past weekend Bill and I drove to Playa Troncones and Zihuatanejo. It took us six hours to drive from San Miguel de Allende, but the scenery was spectacular. Last night (Friday) the San Miguel de Allende Ballet Folkloria performed at the Peralta Theater. We were not disappointed. The show was colorful and very, very festive. These dancers are really something to behold and it was a fantastic evening. Here are a few photos from the night. Enjoy!
