Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of Danzón San Miguel so they held a dance in Plaza Civica in Centro. The music was wonderful and there were some really good dancers. There was a nice crowd for the event including a mime and vendors selling bubble-making guns. I got a kick out of the mime using his cell phone. I’m not sure how that conversation would take place—perhaps he only uses text messaging. And the woman with the bubble gun just cracked me up. She looked so bored as the kids ran through the bubbles.

As the afternoon turned into evening we headed back towards the El Jardin. We stopped and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant Quince where I got a nice photo of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángle from our table. Enjoy!
