Last week my friend, Randy, and I took a ride out to Tierra Blanco. It’s a small town about 1.5 hours from San Miguel de Allende. The town has a couple of churches and a jardin in the center. We had lunch at a small “cafe” which consisted of a woman cooking out on the sidewalk and a single table inside. We enjoyed some delicious gorditas. We got a little lost on the way home, but the route actually worked out well.
